Hi, you may or may not have ever heard of me, but in 1999 I got signed to what was said to be one of the largest new artist record deals in the history of the music business. I experienced every musician’s dream-come-true of signing a major label contract, touring the country and receiving radio and video airplay across the world, only to be dropped a year and a half later because ultimately my album didn’t sell enough copies.
